May 20, 2020 – Amsterdam, the Netherlands – enviolo provides a fully-digital education program with an enhanced online help center, complete with support articles in Dutch, German and English, plus a series of webinars over the summer months that will enable retailers & OEMs to train with enviolo during this difficult time of physical distancing. The webinars will be conducted in Dutch, German & English.
The enviolo support center can be accessed here: https://support.enviolo.com/hc/en-us and comes with a fresh design to reflect the new clean branding, and an upgraded user interface for ease of navigation for OEMs and Retailers.
The content of enviolo’s webinars will include the basics of their manual and AUTOMATIQ systems, an introduction to tips and tricks, e.g. easy service and configuration, and maintenance of their products incl. the brand new enviolo app.
No traveling is required, participants can simply follow the training sessions via live-stream directly from their home computer; plus, the sessions are interactive with the ability to ask questions straight away.
