July 23, 2021 Amsterdam – enviolo, known for its unique stepless shifting products, has opened registration for the upcoming on-site Retail Training Series (RTS) that will take place from November 2021 until March 2022. During the full day training sessions, European bike retailers will be educated on enviolo products and services. The Retail Training Series will be hosted together with enviolo’s long-term partner Gates Carbon Drive.
Due to the increase of e-bike sales in Europe and the high demand of enviolo products in new regions, enviolo will be adding France and the United Kingdom to the list of training countries. Over 90+ RTS events are set to take place at 36 locations across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France and the United Kingdom. Based on the company growth and regional expansion enviolo is expected to train 30% more retailers than the previous years.

Program details
During the full day on-site training, attendees will receive theoretical training on technical, sales and product materials. In addition extensive hands-on workshops, for both enviolo and Gates products, are organized which allows every attendee to test out their technical skills on the products. Last year enviolo launched the AUTOMATiQ, an automatic stepless shifting system, and due to its popularity a new training element has been added to the program which focuses on the technical details, setup and installation of the interface. The Retail Training Series can be attended by all levels, from beginners to advanced retailers.
