16th of April 2025 – Enviolo, the brand behind stepless and automatic shifting technology, keeps its commitment to educate and excite, through its Retail Training Program that runs from October until March. This year they’ve gone a step further with the launch of a new program: Retail Organization Training (ROT), which is designed specifically for large retail organizations.
Over 2300 retailers trained
Enviolo has been running its popular Retail Training Series (RTS) since 2015, helping bike retailers to boost their technical knowledge and sales skills. This year, they’ve gone a step further with the launch of a new program for larger organizations: The Retail Organization Training (ROT). And the results speak for themselves. This season, Enviolo trained 1.760 retailers through its usual RTS program. On top of that, the new ROT initiative added another 555 people—brfinging the total number of physically trained professionals to over 2.300!
Retail Organization Training (ROT) – Program
Enviolo’s new ROT program is built specifically for retail organizations that have multiple store locations across the country. Instead of sending employees out on training, Enviolo now comes directly to them, offering on-site, hands-on sessions for multiple stores. The program is designed to make it more personal, easier for retail chains to participate and to ensure they have all their employees trained in 1 or 2 days.

As part of the ROT initiative, Enviolo has partnered up with Lucien, a premium bike retail organization in Belgium recognized for its high-quality service and dedication to customer service.
Karl Lechat from Lucien highlights the impact of ROT on retail success:

Who can apply for the ROT program?
enviolo’s ROT program is on invitation by Enviolo, and is meant for large retail organizations that meet certain criteria such as, stores must have a well representation of Enviolo Automatic equipped Ebikes in store, they have to take care of a minimum number of participants per day and a suitable location to host the training session.
