Amsterdam, August 2026 – Enviolo officially opens registration for its Retail Training Series (RTS) 2026/2027. The new season centers on the upcoming arrival of Enviolo Automatic 4, the brand’s next-generation automatic shifting system, together with more powerful Trekking V4 (100 Nm) and Utility (120 Nm) solutions built for cargo bikes, heavier e-bikes and cargo -applications.
The Retail Training Series is Enviolo’s official on-site training program for retail partners. In the training, bike mechanics, sales staff and store owners learn everything needed to confidently explain, sell, install and maintain the latest Enviolo products. As in previous seasons, Enviolo offers two training formats: a half-day Sales Training and a full-day Sales & Technical Training.
RTS attendees will be among the first in the market to get hands-on with Enviolo Automatic 4, ahead of its official commercial launch, that is scheduled for late Q1, and will learn how to demonstrate it on the shop floor and service it on the bench. The training also covers the new high-torque Trekking V4 and Utility hubs, helping retailers confidently sell and support the top-end Ebikes.
The training courses continue to focus on quality over quantity: two experienced trainers guide groups of up to 25 participants, combining theory with hands-on workshops using real products. After completing the training, attendees leave as certified Enviolo experts, ready to advise customers and professionally support Enviolo systems.
The Sales Training (half day, 09:30–13:00) is aimed at sales representatives, bicycle mechanics, shop owners and anyone with direct customer contact who wants to become more confident selling Enviolo Automatic and the wider Enviolo range. The Sales & Technical Training (full day, 09:30–16:00) builds on the sales content with a practical afternoon workshop block covering installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of both manual and automatic Enviolo shifting systems and is aimed primarily at bicycle mechanics and workshop managers.
The Retail Training Series 26/27 runs from 20 October 2026 to 8 April 2027, with more than 20 locations across Europe, across DACH and Benelux.
