enviolo and Tweewieler train bike technicians

October 3, 2018 Amsterdam, the Netherlands / Cedar Park, Texas – After having a first face-to-face workshop with Tweewieler Academy’s trainers in May, the two organizations have now set up a long-term educational partnership. Through the new cooperation, enviolo teaches young technicians the fundamentals of servicing the company’s stepless shifting products.

To train the next generation of mechanics, Tweewieler Academy offers an educational program featuring four days of practical courses at the workshop floor of retailers and one day of theoretical sessions at one of the school’s three locations: Middelburg, Doetinchem, and Nieuwegein. ‘We want our students to be prepared for a successful career in the bicycle industry, and this is why we have partnered with enviolo. We aim to allow our students to get acquainted with their latest products from early stages.’ says Mike Jansen, Technical trainer at Tweewieler Academy.

Starting this year, enviolo’s B2B education team will visit all three locations, to support the students’ learning process. ‘With our focus being set on increasing the technical skills of retailers, we are very pleased to have the opportunity of engaging with Tweewieler Academy’s students and of building up our Retail Training Partnership. We are committed to providing the Academy with tools and constant updates on our technology, products, and market insights to support their future development.’ adds Niels van der Steen, Marketing Manager at enviolo.

The partnership goes further than the annual sessions. The Academy will support enviolo in its MY2019 Retailer Training series with facilities in training locations such as Nieuwegein. For more locations and registration, retailers can visit enviolo.com/training.
