Retail Spare Part Return Policy
We offer you the option to return items ordered through our webshop, please be aware of the following guidelines:
- Return shipment must be requested within 14 days of receiving.
- We will issue a credit, replacement is not optional.
- We will only credit the product cost, not the shipping cost.
- We will issue credit after receiving the undamaged product.
All returns must be confirmed by contacting our Customer Service Department and obtaining a return authorization number prior to returning the product.
To receive a credit for a returned item that is not defective, damaged, or non-functioning, the Buyer shall have unpacked or used the product only to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and operation of the product consistent with the terms of any applicable warranty. Buyer shall bear all of the costs of returning the product. We do not refund any shipping charges the Buyer paid as part of the product return and exchange for credit.
