Enviolo kicks off new retail training season 2025–2026: more focus on sales and automatic shifting

Amsterdam, September 1, 2025 – Enviolo officially launches its new retail training calendar for 2025/2026 today. With the earlier launch of the revamped Enviolo Automatic #nevershiftagain proposition, this year’s Retail Training Series (RTS) will focus more strongly on sales skills and advising on automatic shifting, two essential pillars for the modern bicycle shop.

The Retail Training Series (RTS) is Enviolo’s official on-site training program. In the retail training, bike mechanics, sales staff or store owners learn all the essential skills for installing, maintaining, selling and promoting the latest Enviolo products. Enviolo offers two types of training this season: Sales and Technical Training.

The training courses focus on quality, not quantity. This means two dedicated trainers for a group of up to 25 people. The sessions are interactive and practical, which means lots of doing and experiencing and little sitting and listening. After the training, you will be a certified Enviolo expert with a wealth of additional knowledge and technical skills.

Following the introduction of the “Pedal Professor” film at Eurobike, which explains the advantages of Enviolo Automatic in an accessible way, Enviolo is now fully committed to the message “Never Shift Again.” This tagline supports retailers and consumers in understanding and communicating the advantages of automatic shifting with Enviolo Automatic.

In addition to expanding the RTS program, the company will continue to focus on the successful Retail Organization Training (ROT) program, which was launched earlier this year and will continue.

Enviolo expects to train 2,000 retailers for the 2025–2026 training season. The training courses will take place at 22 locations in the Benelux and Germany, with new regions such as Dornbirn and Cologne added to the agenda.
