July 2 2019, Amsterdam, the Netherlands – The enviolo retail training series runs fromOctober 2019 to March 2020. For both enviolo beginners all the way to expert partners, the curriculum has been built to develop both sales skills, through two theoretical workshops, and technical skills with an extensive eight hands-on workshops in one day. Therefore, equipping all attendees with the knowledge needed for a successful 2020 selling season with enviolo.
In the MY2019 series, enviolo trained over 1100 retailers. This year in MY2020, enviolo plans on growing to at least 1500 retailers trained. When surveyed about last season’s training days, one german retailer said: “Keep it up, it’s a great piece of technology! …After the training everyone will leave with more knowledge. No matter if he/she had previous experience with the circuit or was totally new to the area”.
This has been one of the best trainings I’ve been to! Most others I’ve just sat and watched a presentation. To work with the products is a much better way of doing trainings,” said one retailer from The Netherlands.
Leading one of the practical workshops is chain and sprocket manufacturer, KMC, who joined a selection of the training days last season. “After we successfully joined selected trainings in the past season it was no question for us to intensify our cooperation with enviolo. KMC’s advanced drive-train technologies perfectly match with enviolo hubs. We are looking forward to train a lot more dealers on our e-Bike solutions as well as on the 10000km+ components”,said Michael Stichling of KMC.
Free training is given to those retailers who are already enviolo members, receiving up to 3 free tickets per season. Membership levels range from Bronze to Gold, with all new members receiving point of sale materials, a full enviolo Service Kit, and discounts for ordering parts online. Gold members are also able to have their labour costs reimbursed, and judge warranty cases themselves, accelerating processing time and leading to higher-customer satisfaction.
