enviolo announces Retail Support Programs

July 16 2018, Amsterdam, the Netherlands / Cedar Park, Texas – enviolo introduces an extra level of retail support, aimed at developing the technical skills of retailers, and at helping them to easily service NuVinci Optimized™ bikes. Then new enviolo Membership Program is only available in the Benelux and Germany and was developed in three levels: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Silver and Bronze are currently ready for purchase; however, Gold is by invitation only.

The Gold membership package covers the existing Experience Partner program, developed to drive business through specialized in-store education, high-end servicing features, and close co-marketing partnerships. While the Silver membership focuses on customized training at the workshop floor and on direct-to-consumer marketing support, Bronze package members have reserved access to the MY2019 Training Series. Both Silver and Bronze partners become Service Points, enviolo’s network of trained retailers, listed at enviolo’s online shop locator. All members receive point of sales materials, an enviolo Service Kit, and are granted discounts on parts.

Also, after the success of the last season’s retail training sessions, and to meet the demand of technical workshops, enviolo has already opened registrations for the MY2019 Retailer Training Series in 20 locations throughout Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and Switzerland. Participants can now join full-day sessions combining theoretical and hands-on practical modules. In line with the new MY2019 use-based-portfolio, the curriculum has been renewed, to give a full understanding of the available groupsets for retailers.
