The upcoming Retail Training Series (RTS) will take place at multiple locations across Europe, from October 2026 until April 2027.

The RTS 2026/27 program is on-site, and includes high-level sales and technical training. We will also include new content and product, preparing you for our newest launches, including the new Enviolo Automatic 4.

About the rts

The official certificate program for retail

The Retail Training Series is Enviolo’s official on-site education program for retailers. In our program, bike mechanics, sales employees or shop owners, learn the essential skills for installing, maintaining, selling and promoting the latest Enviolo products.

We focus on quality over quantity,  so every session counts on two dedicated trainers for a group of maximum 30 people. We present, but mostly importantly, we teach hands-on how our products works, and we delivered an exciting and interactive day where you will learn all the essentials you need know about Enviolo.

Meet the trainers

MARTIJN HOFSTEDE

Education Specialist

Martijn has been with enviolo for 10 years. With 30 years of experience in the bicycle industry, he enjoys sharing his knowledge in training, supporting and motivating people of all levels in the bike industry. Fluent in Dutch, English and German. He loves to travel with his bike, skis, and hiking equipment.

STEFAN WALDOW

Education Specialist

Located in Germany, Stefan is most likely to hold the German training. Already in 1998 he turned his hobby into a profession and has spent most of his time in the bike industry since. He likes fat tires and is into long days and nights in the saddle.

MICHEL van den Brink

Education Specialist

Michel van den Brink is an e-bike expert with over 30 years of hands-on experience. He fluently speaks English and German and is happy to help retailers and manufacturers learn more about Enviolo offer. His main hobbies are MTB biking, tennis and winter sports (especially skiing).

MORITZ MOHR

Education Specialist

Moritz has worked with bikes throughout his entire professional career. From bike mechanic to head mechanic working with international athletes, and later product management, Moritz brings broad practical and technical expertise. A fan of bikes in every form, Moritz feels most at home riding an enduro mountain bike and spending time in nature.

Yes you can. Login to your eventbrite account on a computer and go to tickets. Click on edit to change your name.

Search in your mailbox to “eventbrite ticket”, and check your spam folder.
If you can’t find it in your inbox, use the same email you used to buy the tickets and login to your eventbrite account on a computer and go to tickets.

Walk-in is from 8:30 am. We start at 09:00 with our introduction, so make sure to be there on time. Our SALES training finishes at 12:30 PM. Our TECH training includes an afternoon program that will end around 4PM.

Just your ticket, and make sure you are at the location on time to start at 09:00.

No, no need for that. You can just use the digital ticket. 
 

No worries. If you arrive a bit later, you can still join. No need to let us know. Only If you have a last minute cancellation, please get in touch.

The Enviolo membership program is a 1-year subscription of €299. It is currently only available in the whole of Europe. The membership includes: 3 free RTS ticket, 20% discount on orders.enviolo.com, warranty judgment in your shop and more!

Some venues are not confirmed yet. The locations will be added on the homepage and on your ticket, at the latest 3 weeks before the start date of the event. We will personally inform you once the location is confirmed.

If you have an active Enviolo Membership, you will receive your discount code via a no-reply email or automated email on your registered email address.

You will have the option to fill in your promo code during check-out of your preferred date. Once you fill in the code a new box appears called ENVIOLO CODE. Choose the amount of tickets you would like to buy.

No, this is not possible. You can only purchase tickets for the same day in 1 order. For every other day you have to place a new order.
