As Education Specialist you are a key member of the Business Development Team, operating with customers and partners around the globe. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented and customer focused team member. The Order Processing Specialist will be responsible for working directly on OEM Order Inquiries, OEM Order Fulfillments, OEM Order Invoicing, and any new inquiries. You will report directly to the Customer Service and Order Processing Manager and interface with the Business Development, Technical Service & Warranty, Warehouse & Logistics and MP&L Department on a regular basis.

We are looking for a highly motivated Bicycle Technical Support Specialist with great experience in the bicycle industry. You will play a key role in delighting our direct and indirect customers (both B2B and B2C) by providing premium technical support via email, phone, or other communication channels. You are the investigator who finds out what the presented customer problem is. Together with the customer, you will help them find and solve the problem. During this process, you will record the data in our warranty system. This is the main focus of the Technical Support Specialist role.
